Privacy Policy
Two separate systems handle data differently here — this site (omnibridgevid.cc) and the store/account/licensing system (store.jpps.us). This page covers both, plainly, without vague boilerplate about data we don't actually collect.
This site (omnibridgevid.cc)
This is a static site — no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, no third-party embeds, no advertising. Nothing you do on this site is tracked beyond the standard web server access logs any HTTP server keeps (requesting IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp), used only for operating and securing the site and never sold or shared with anyone.
Clicking through to store.jpps.us or a download link takes you to a different system, covered separately below.
The OmniBridge application itself
Once installed, OmniBridge checks in with the license server (store.jpps.us) roughly once an hour: your license key, a randomly-generated install ID, the machine's hostname, and your current source/destination counts. It never sends feed content, source names, or IP addresses of anything you've configured. Full detail on this, including what happens if the license server is briefly unreachable, is on the Features page.
store.jpps.us — trials, purchases, and your account
Starting a free trial collects your name and, optionally, an email address (used only to send you a sign-in link and, if you opt in, product update emails — never required). A one-way hash of a machine identifier is also sent, used solely to prevent unlimited free trials from one machine; the raw identifier never leaves your device.
Purchasing a license collects your name, email, and payment information — payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe; this system never sees or stores your card details directly. A purchase also records the electronic signature (typed name, email, IP address, and timestamp) required for the license agreement, kept as long as the license itself exists.
Signing in to your account uses a magic-link email, not a password — no password is ever stored. A signed-in session is a cookie on your browser (HttpOnly, expires after 30 days); an admin session cookie exists separately for staff managing licenses. Neither cookie is used for tracking or advertising — both exist solely to keep you signed in.
Contacting sales/support or requesting a quote (add-capacity, an extension, a usage reset) records what you submit — name, email, message — and emails it to a human here for follow-up.
Product update emails are opt-in per license, and every one includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works without needing to sign in.
Who else sees this data
Two processors, both only for what's necessary to run the store: Stripe for payment processing, and SMTP2GO for sending transactional email (sign-in links, purchase confirmations, the newsletter). Neither is used for anything beyond that. Personal data collected here is never sold, and never shared with anyone else.
Requesting deletion or a copy of your data
Contact www.jpps.us to request a copy of what's on file for you, or deletion of your account data. A license key tied to an active subscription/term can't be deleted while still in active use, but everything else can.
Changes to this policy
If what's actually collected changes, this page changes with it — no separate notification mechanism beyond this page reflecting reality.
